On this month, our whole fee was £1,532.50 against £13,825 of tracked sales. If the tracked sales hadn't been there, the performance fee wouldn't have been either.

3x or free. Here is exactly what that means.
What it covers.
If, in any calendar month after your first 90 days, paid-attributed sales in your dashboard come to less than 3x your ad spend, that month's performance fee is £0.
What it does not cover.
The monthly base fee is still due: it pays for the analytics, monitoring and the work. Your ad spend is still yours, paid directly to Google. Setup fees are one-off and not refundable.
How it's measured.
Paid-attributed sales, person-level, per calendar month, as shown in your dashboard. The definition is written into the contract.
Why we can offer it.
Across current clients the median return is around 11x and the lowest is 2.4x. On today's numbers, one account would trigger the waiver. That is the guarantee working, not failing.
